Reaching the login page
The admin page on most NOW Broadband units answers at http://192.168.0.1. If that address does not load, the router is whatever your computer lists as its default gateway — ipconfig on Windows or ipconfig getoption en0 router on a Mac will tell you.
The only NOW login we could confirm is for the NOW TV Hub NR701, from its February 2016 setup guide. Newer NOW hubs may use a different login.
If the NOW Broadband password has already been changed
With the hub on, hold the reset button on the back until the power light flashes amber, about 10 seconds. Do not unplug it; the light returns to solid white when it has finished.
The catch with an ISP-supplied unit is that a reset also clears the broadband credentials, and on some lines the router will not reconnect until those are re-entered. Find them before you press anything, or be ready to ring the provider.
