Virgin Plus Default Router Passwords
This page lists 3 confirmed default credentials for Virgin Plus equipment, covering 3 models.
Entries are reachable over http. All of these entries use a protocol that sends the password in clear text, so use them on a trusted network and change the password once you are in.

About Virgin Plus
Virgin Plus, part of Bell, supplies modems it names Vincent, Valérie and Steve.
Reaching the login page
The admin page on most Virgin Plus units answers at http://192.168.2.1. If that address does not load, the router is whatever your computer lists as its default gateway — ipconfig on Windows or ipconfig getoption en0 router on a Mac will tell you.
Only a password is asked, and Virgin Plus says it is admin unless you have changed it. Each modem also answers on its own name: http://vincent, http://valerie or http://steve.
What the Virgin Plus defaults look like
None of them ask for a username; the field is left empty. Where one is set, admin comes up most often, on 3 entries. All of them are reached over a protocol that puts the password on the wire in clear text, so work from a machine on the same wired network rather than across the internet, and change the password once you are in.

If the Virgin Plus password has already been changed
On Vincent, press the down arrow on the front, scroll to Reset to factory default, choose Yes and press OK, then wait until all three lights are white.
The catch with an ISP-supplied unit is that a reset also clears the broadband credentials, and on some lines the router will not reconnect until those are re-entered. Find them before you press anything, or be ready to ring the provider.
