Canadian internet provider router logins

Canadian providers each do it differently. Bell hubs want the serial number from the back sticker, Rogers and Videotron gateways answer on 10.0.0.1 with the username admin, and older cable modems still use cusadmin. This page sorts out which one you have and where its password is.

Look first
The label on the modem or gateway. Most Canadian providers print the admin password there, or tell you which printed number to use.
Two passwords
The admin password opens the settings. The Wi-Fi password joins the network. On most modems they are different.
Your provider
Choose it below. Its page has the address to type and the login for each modem.
Refused?
It has been changed. A reset restores the printed password and wipes your settings.

Choose your provider

Each provider has its own page with the login for every model we have confirmed, where the password is printed, and how to reset it.

The password does not work

Someone has changed it since installation. A factory reset returns the modem to the password on its label, and also wipes the Wi-Fi name, password and any other settings. The button and the time to hold it differ by modem, so check the provider’s page first. If you only need to join the Wi-Fi, finding your Wi-Fi password is quicker.

Providers not listed yet

Telus, TekSavvy, Eastlink, Fizz, Start.ca and Freedom are missing because their help pages could not be checked, and we do not publish a login we cannot confirm. Telus customers usually have the admin password on the label of the hub or gateway itself.
