This page lists 2 confirmed default credentials for CelcomDigi equipment, covering 2 models. The pairing you are most likely to need is customer with celcomdigi123.

About CelcomDigi

CelcomDigi supplies Zyxel and TP-Link routers with its home fibre and 5G broadband.

Reaching the login page

The admin page on most CelcomDigi units answers at http://192.168.1.1. If that address does not load, the router is whatever your computer lists as its default gateway — ipconfig on Windows or ipconfig getoption en0 router on a Mac will tell you.

The TP-Link EX510 and EX820 use the username customer and the password celcomdigi123. The Zyxel EX3300-T0 answers on 192.168.50.1 and prints its login on the back or underside.

What the CelcomDigi defaults look like

Usernames vary; customer is the one that appears most, on a single entry. All of them are reached over a protocol that puts the password on the wire in clear text, so work from a machine on the same wired network rather than across the internet, and change the password once you are in.

If the CelcomDigi password has already been changed

There is a recessed reset button on the back or underneath that needs a straightened paperclip. Hold it in for thirty seconds with the unit powered on. Let go when the lights change pattern, and give it a couple of minutes to come back up.

The catch with an ISP-supplied unit is that a reset also clears the broadband credentials, and on some lines the router will not reconnect until those are re-entered. Find them before you press anything, or be ready to ring the provider.
