On most TM Unifi equipment the admin password is printed on the device itself, on its label or settings card. If it has been changed and you cannot recall it, a reset returns it to the printed one. Know a TM Unifi model we are missing? Add it.

About TM Unifi

TM Unifi is Malaysia’s largest fibre broadband provider, supplying D-Link, Fibrehome and other routers.

Reaching the login page

Point a browser at whatever your computer reports as its default gateway. On Windows that is the Default Gateway line from ipconfig; on macOS, Network settings shows it under the active connection. For the D-Link DPN-FX3060V, Unifi gives the username tmadmin and a password that starts Adm@ followed by four characters from the device label. Unifi documents this login for the D-Link Wi-Fi app.

If the TM Unifi password has already been changed

There is a recessed reset button on the back or underneath that needs a straightened paperclip. Hold it in for thirty seconds with the unit powered on. Let go when the lights change pattern, and give it a couple of minutes to come back up.

The catch with an ISP-supplied unit is that a reset also clears the broadband credentials, and on some lines the router will not reconnect until those are re-entered. Find them before you press anything, or be ready to ring the provider.
