These are factory default credentials, not the password printed on the sticker under your router. If yours has been changed and you cannot recall it, a 30-second reset button hold returns the device to the defaults above. Know a AudioCodes model we are missing? Add it.

About AudioCodes

The AudioCodes records here run across the Mediant line. The entries are logged as modems and ONTs and IP phones and telephony hardware. They cover more than one level of access — admin and read-only.

Reaching the login page

Point a browser at whatever your computer reports as its default gateway. On Windows that is the Default Gateway line from ipconfig; on macOS, Network settings shows it under the active connection.

What the AudioCodes defaults look like

Usernames vary; Admin is the one that appears most, on a single entry. One entry asks for no username at all.

If the AudioCodes password has already been changed

There is a recessed reset button on the back or underneath that needs a straightened paperclip. Hold it in for thirty seconds with the unit powered on. Let go when the lights change pattern, and give it a couple of minutes to come back up.

A reset clears more than the password. The Wi-Fi name and key go back to what is printed on the label, port forwards and firewall rules are discarded, and any static addressing is lost. Photograph the settings pages first — it takes two minutes and saves an evening.
