Osicom Default Router Passwords
This page lists 14 confirmed default credentials for Osicom equipment, covering 5 models. The pairing you are most likely to need is sysadm with sysadm.
Entries are reachable over telnet and 1000. 12 of these entries use a protocol that sends the password in clear text, so use them on a trusted network and change the password once you are in.

About Osicom
The Osicom records here run across the NETPrint line. They cover more than one level of access — admin, user and telnet.
Reaching the login page
Point a browser at whatever your computer reports as its default gateway. On Windows that is the Default Gateway line from ipconfig; on macOS, Network settings shows it under the active connection. None of the Osicom entries here are for a web interface — they are reached over telnet and 1000, which means a terminal or a serial console rather than a browser.
What the Osicom defaults look like
sysadm is the username on 6 of the 14 entries. Where one is set, sysadm comes up most often, on 6 entries. There are 7 different passwords across the Osicom set, so check your exact model rather than assuming.
12 of them are reached over a protocol that puts the password on the wire in clear text, so work from a machine on the same wired network rather than across the internet, and change the password once you are in.
If the Osicom password has already been changed
This is not hardware you reset with a paperclip. Recovery runs through the console port: interrupt the boot sequence, tell the bootloader to ignore the saved configuration, start up, read or clear the password, then save and reboot. The exact key sequence differs by platform and is in the vendor documentation under password recovery.
You need physical access and a serial cable for this, which is deliberate. Anything reachable only over the network cannot be recovered this way.
