These are factory default credentials, not the password printed on the sticker under your router. If yours has been changed and you cannot recall it, a 30-second reset button hold returns the device to the defaults above. Know a 3CX model we are missing? Add it.

About 3CX

The entries are logged as IP phones and telephony hardware. The single record we hold is for the 3CX PHONE SYSTEM V20 (ON-PREMISE, SELF-HOSTED OR HOSTED BY 3CX).

Reaching the login page

Point a browser at whatever your computer reports as its default gateway. On Windows that is the Default Gateway line from ipconfig; on macOS, Network settings shows it under the active connection.

If the 3CX password has already been changed

Handsets and ATAs are usually reset from the keypad rather than a button, through a service menu reached with a code dialled from the phone itself. Where the device is supplied by a VoIP provider, that menu is often locked and the provider has to reset it from their side.

A reset drops the SIP registration along with everything else, so have the server address, the SIP username and the registration password before you start, or the phone will come back up unable to call.
