New Zealand providers supply their own modems. Spark and Skinny publish a shared first-login password, while 2degrees prints a unique one on each modem. This page sends you to the right provider page.
- Look first
- The sticker on the bottom of the modem. If it only shows Wi-Fi details, the provider page says which login applies.
- Two passwords
- The admin password opens the modem settings and the Wi-Fi password joins the network. Spark and Skinny ask you to change the admin password at the first login.
- Your provider
- Choose it below. Its page has the address to type and the login for each model we have confirmed.
- Starlink
- Starlink is sold in New Zealand. Its router has no browser login and is managed in the Starlink app.
Choose your provider
Each provider has its own page with the login for every model we have confirmed, where the password is printed, and how to reset it.

Providers not listed yet
One NZ is missing because its own help pages disagree on the username for the same modem. Slingshot and Orcon’s current modems could not be confirmed either, and we do not publish a login we cannot confirm.
