KTI Default Router Passwords
This page lists 3 confirmed default credentials for KTI equipment, covering 3 models. The pairing you are most likely to need is admin with 123456.
Entries are reachable over console and telnet. 1 of these entries use a protocol that sends the password in clear text, so use them on a trusted network and change the password once you are in.

About KTI
The KTI records here run across the KS- line. They cover more than one level of access — special cli and admin.
Reaching the login page
Point a browser at whatever your computer reports as its default gateway. On Windows that is the Default Gateway line from ipconfig; on macOS, Network settings shows it under the active connection. None of the KTI entries here are for a web interface — they are reached over console and telnet, which means a terminal or a serial console rather than a browser.
What the KTI defaults look like
admin is the username on 2 of the 3 entries. Where one is set, 123456 comes up most often, on 2 entries. One of them is reached over a protocol that puts the password on the wire in clear text, so work from a machine on the same wired network rather than across the internet, and change the password once you are in.
If the KTI password has already been changed
This is not hardware you reset with a paperclip. Recovery runs through the console port: interrupt the boot sequence, tell the bootloader to ignore the saved configuration, start up, read or clear the password, then save and reboot. The exact key sequence differs by platform and is in the vendor documentation under password recovery.
You need physical access and a serial cable for this, which is deliberate. Anything reachable only over the network cannot be recovered this way.
